Easy to find the part on the website, good value compared to other sellers, arrived promptly and easy to fit. Would highly recommend. (Only small suggested area of development would be to improve the oven compatibility checker. I had to use other websites to be certain the part number I was ordering fitted my oven, because the list of ovens in the product info for the element was not complete/exhaustive)

Excellent service, cooker back working again. Even told me how to dismantle front of cooker to get to the timer controls. Can't get better than that.
New burners not only transformed the looks of our twenty year old cooker, but the burner pattern is back to even and the igniters now work again too. Added to a few hours cleaning, our Rangemaster again looks and works as new.
