Are spare parts provided by Spareparts4cookers genuine brand manufactured parts?
Yes. All our spare parts for cookers are genuine brand manufactured parts. We do not deal with copies or imitations and pride ourselves on quality. All parts we supply are manufactured by the vendor brands advertised on our website, such as Belling, Britannia, ILVE, Rangemaster, AGA, AGA Masterchef or Beko. For example, if a part is advertised as a Belling part on our website, the part has been manufactured by or for Belling.
Can Spareparts4cookers help me find a Spare Part for my cooker?
If you’re trying to source a part for your Range Cooker or Over and cannot find it on our website, we can try to source this for you. Take a photograph of the part you need as well as the cooker information plate showing the make, model and serial number of your cooker, making sure the information and numbers are legible and easily read. Send both photographs to sales@spareparts4cookers.com. We can’t guarantee we will find the cooker spare parts you’re looking for but with our extended network and collaboration with manufacturers and suppliers, we will endeavour to do so. Alternatively, if you know the vendor and serial number of the part, you can call us on 01606 +44(0)1606 339793 and speak to a member of the team.
Can Spareparts4cookers help if I require a part that has become obsolete?
If you’re trying to source a part for your Range Cooker or Over that you suspect or know has become obsolete, we can recommend and source an appropriate alternative spare part as a replacement. Take a photograph of the part you need as well as the cooker information plate showing the make, model and serial number of your cooker, making sure the information and numbers are legible and easily read. Send both photographs to sales@spareparts4cookers.com. We will reply with any suitable cooker spare parts that can be used to replace the obsolete item.
When will I receive my order?
Your order will be dispatched same day if received before 2pm. Otherwise it will be processed on the next working days. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am and 5pm. The time it takes for you to receive your delivery depends on the shipping option you choose in th checkout. Standard delivery is via Royal Mail and takes up to 48 hours. Spareparts4cookers take no responsibility for parts that arrive late because of delays in Royal Mail or courier services.
What happens if my order doesn’t arrive?
Please contact us on sales@spareparts4cookers.com or by calling us on +44(0)1606 339793 within 10 days of your purchase date if you have not received delivery of your order. We will investigate the whereabouts of your package with Royal Mail or other courier service. Replacement parts will be dispatched in line with our Returns Policy.
What happens if my order is missing items or items are damaged?
Please contact us on sales@spareparts4cookers.com or by calling us on +44(0)1606 339793 within 48 hours of your purchase date if you their is an issue with the itms you have received. Replacement parts will be dispatched in line with our Returns Policy.
Can I return my parts if I am not happy with it?
Providing your product(s) are from our stock, in the original packing and have not been used, you have 14 days from the date you took delivery to return it to us for a refund or replacement. We will not accept the return of items that have been damaged during fitting, or show any signs of being fitted. Timers, modules and other electronic components that can become damaged by static electricity will not be accepted if they have been removed from their sealed packing. Any products that have been fitted for fault finding purposes will be deemed to have been used and therefore will not be accepted for return. Providing all criteria set out in our Returns Policy are met, and you follow our returns procedure correctly, once we have received the items back at our warehouse, we will either reimburse you for the cost of the item (less any handling charge as applicable) or offer a a like-for-like replacement for the same value.
Can I cancel my order?
You have the right to cancel providing your order only contained items from stock (not a special order or specifically sourced for you) and has not been dispatched from our warehouse. To cancel your order, pleas send an email to sales@spareparts4cookers.com with the subject as “Order Cancellation Request” and with your order number and optional reason for cancellation in the email body text. On receipt of your request, providing all conditions are met, your order will be cancelled and a full refund will be processed within 14 working days. Refunds can only be issued to the credit card, debit card or bank account used to make the original purchase. Delivery charges are non-refundable. If you wish to cancel an order that has already been dispatched, this will be treated as a return as a consequence of customer error as set out in our returns policy and subject to a 25% handling fee.
Should I replace parts in my cooker myself?
Spareparts4cookers advises that only qualified engineers service, repair or replace parts. Spaceports4cookers take no responsibility for the fitting of spare parts. Please note that we will not accept the return of items that have been damaged during fitting, or show any signs of have been fitted or attempted to be fitted.
Can I review my order on the spareparts4cookers.com website?
Yes. If you login to our website using your email and password, you will be taken to your account area. Here you will see a full Order History where you can review pending and completed orders.
Can I change my shipping address?
Yes. If you login to our website using your email and password, you will be taken to your account area. Here you can managed your shipping addresses. Please not that any orders that have been dispatched will be delivered to the address assigned to that order at the time the order was placed.
What if I need a Range Cooker or Cooker Engineer?
Spareparts4cookers are affiliated with fully qualified engineers and gas fitters. Contact sales@spareparts4cookers.com to inform us of your postcode, the make and model of your cooker and the issue or fault you are experiencing. If you have ordered parts from Spaceparts4cookers or another source, please include the name and serial number of the part(s). We will endeavour to source an appropriate engineer to help get your Cooker repaired and fully operation.
What brands are stocked at Spareparts4cookers?
We stock all leading brands including Rangemaster spare parts, Mercury spare parts (for AGA and Lincat models), DeLonghi spare parts, Britannia spare parts, Bertazzoni spare parts, Belling spare parts, Aga spare parts and Stoves spare parts. We also source spare parts for cookers from other brands, and provide suitable alternatives to obsolete cooker spare parts.
