Orders are processed Monday to Friday during office hours (9.00am to 5.00pm). Orders received at weekends and on Bank Holidays will be processed and dispatched the next working day.

Fast Service, part perfect

Part was perfect fit and arrived very quickly. I'm in ireland so post Brexit I got charged vat and import duty on the part heremaking the purchase very expensive (+50%). Not the companies fault but it would be great if the uk vat could be refunded or a way was made to purchase without incurring these charges. Tks for your help. Cooker works a dream.

Thankyou for ordering with us and the great feedback. It is much appreciated. I just wanted to clarify, it gets very complicated with VAT due to Brexit doesn't it! We as a company, do not charge VAT on exported goods. The invoice will say for example £20.99 including VAT for exports but the VAT rate is at 0%. Therefore, at the border, customs will charge the tax and duties before releasing the order. The tax they charge is in accordance with the delivery address of the parcel, which I believe in Ireland is 23% VAT rate, so you should have been charged just the 23%.

We are in the process of looking for smoother International delivery options at the moment with Royal Mail such as DDP, where we charge the consumer the VAT rate according to their country's tax rate and then Royal Mail charge us directly but it is a lengthy process!
